Standard shipping rates are calculated based on current FedEx Ground shipping rates, your shipping location, and the packed weight of the order(s). All orders will be processed and shipped the following business day. Due to the nature of chocolate being a food product, we do not accept returns on items that are shipped from WholesaleMeltingChocolate.com.
There are several different ways in which you are able to place an order on WholesaleMeltingChocolate.com. The smoothest and easiest way to place an order will be through the website directly. Simply log onto the websie, select and add the desired products to your cart, and then proceed to the checkout to complete your order. Finally, orders can also be placed via email. Simply send an email with the items that you wish to purchase, qantities, and shipping method. Please include all of your contact information, and we will follow up with you the following business day to arrange terms of payment and to process the order.
